The Oakdale Centre have always worked to very high standards of practice; investing time to understand the types of qualifications practitioners should have, in what field, and what this would bring to the organisation.
In the very early stages of the business the founders identified gaps in their skills, and sought to quickly instate a team of professionals which ensured a complete multi-disciplinary team, this included a consultant psychiatrist, child psychologist, family therapist and a cognitive behavioural therapist.
Working tirelessly to build a centre of excellence, the founders were constantly researching into the types of accreditation available for independent service providers and how to go about gaining them. The accreditations subsequently achieved by the Oakdale Centre (BAP and EAP) ensured that private clients and large organisations alike could be assured of the outstanding quality of care offered.
Since the company was founded, the business has operated under a set of minimum standards that run through all aspects of care provided, and this continues to be of paramount importance ensuring that Oakdale’s position as an exceptional provider of mental health care services is maintained.
