If you have an issue which needs resolving, please contact a member of staff in the appropriate service. Any complaints will be taken seriously and will be handled in a consistent, fair and thoughtful way, in accordance with our Complaints Policy (available on request).
Any emails which are received from 9am to 5pm on a working day will be dealt with as soon as practically possible. Outside of these hours your email will be dealt with as soon as possible on the following working day. In the event of an emergency, if you are unable to keep yourself safe, you should contact your GP or call 999.
