Oakdale provides support to managers and staff members during times of organisational change and/or redundancies. This may include one to one sessions of counselling to employees who are distressed or vulnerable. The support to the management team is tailor made to each organisation and is designed to make each transition run as smoothly as possible.
Our team of qualified counsellors visit the organisation and provide support in person during these potentially volatile transactions.
