Face to Face Counselling

Following an initial telephone assessment, the telephone counsellor may recommend face to face counselling. This can be arranged close to your home or place of work.

Our counsellors are all qualified and experienced in offering a short term, solution focused approach for a wide range of problems. Our aim is to help you find ways of over coming your difficulties, and enabling you to regain or maintain control of your life.

Oakdale provides individual, couples or group face to face counselling.
