Telephone Counselling

Oakdale provides Telephone Counseling for a wide range of problems. It is a valuable alternative to the traditional face to face methods and has been demonstrated to be as effective as Face to Face counselling.

Some clients prefer the added privacy and anonymity telephone counseling offers, particularly in cases where clients find close eye contact uncomfortable. It offers convenience as clients can receive telephone counselling from their own homes at a time that suits them and there are no travel costs; it can fit in more easily with busy lifestyles and work and domestic schedules. Telephone counseling is available to everyone including the housebound, the disabled and people living in remote areas of the country.
