Oakdale has been providing a psychological therapy service in the Darlington area for a number of years. We have a multi-disciplinary team of BACP or UKCP accredited counsellors throughout the area with sessions taking place mostly in your doctor’s surgery.
This counselling service is for people referred to Oakdale by their GP or other health care professional. Once you have been referred, please telephone Oakdale on 0845 408 0324. We will be able to answer any queries you have, check that we have your up to date contact details and talk to you about arranging your first appointment.
