How do I access the service?

Please telephone MHCO using the number below. A member of the administration team will take your details and arrange your first appointment. You can also send us an email or a fax and we will get back to you.

You can contact the service directly without going through your doctor if you wish. However, you may speak to your doctor first if you would like to. Your doctor will be aware of the service and will be able to advise you about its suitability and will also be able to refer you if you would find that helpful.

Any emails which are received from 9am to 5pm on a working day will be dealt with as soon as practically possible. Outside of these hours your email will be dealt with as soon as possible on the following working day. In the event of an emergency, if you are unable to keep yourself safe, you should contact your GP or call 999.
