How do I access the service?

In the first instance you should make an appointment with your GP who will be able to discuss with you whether the service is the most appropriate option to meet your needs.

Once you have been referred to the service you can telephone Oakdale using the number below. Someone will talk to you about your first appointment and check your contact details:

Any emails which are received from 9am to 5pm on a working day will be dealt with as soon as practically possible. Outside of these hours your email will be dealt with as soon as possible on the following working day. In the event of an emergency, if you are unable to keep yourself safe, you should contact your GP or call 999.
