IAPT High Intensity Psychological Therapist (Trainee):

You would work as a cognitive behavioural therapist within Oakdale’s primary care psychological therapy service for three days per week and would attend the High Intensity Worker one year university training course in Sheffield for the remaining two days per week. You will currently hold a professional registered qualification in health care, preferably at graduate level, (psychology, nursing, social work, allied health professional or counselling) and demonstrate some experience of high intensity CBT interventions.  Candidates without an appropriate core professional qualification should submit evidence of their psychotherapeutic knowledge, skills and attitudes by completing a KSA Evidence Form, which will be included in the application pack. 

 Salary equivalent to Band 6 from £24,831
